Los Angeles, CA – Apéro Wine is excited to announce the launch of a Kickstarter campaign for their new APÉRO wine opener, the world’s first N2O powered wine opener. The founders are confident that after using this wine opener you won’t ever want to open a bottle of wine any other way.
“I believe good product design stretches beyond the marriage of design and functionality,” says co-founder, James Lai, “It’s also about the way a product makes you feel when you use it. Materials, weight, tactile feel and sound come together in APÉRO to create a wine opening experience that is extremely satisfying.”
APÉRO makes it easy to enjoy a bottle of wine at any occasion. With an easy push of the release button you get that familiar cork popping sound, and you are ready to go. All you need to do is pull a lever and the cork comes out without any trouble or mess. The APÉRO wine opener was built to last using CNC machined aircraft grade aluminum, and each N2O charger opens 40 to 50 bottles.
“Being from France, wine has always been part of my life,” explains co-founder, Guillaume Acier, “The name APÉRO actually comes from the French word “apéritif” which is a gathering of friends, family for some drinks and appetizers – it is always a good time. That is why it was perfect for our product to be named after this.”
The APÉRO team is ready to introduce the APÉRO wine opener to wine lovers everywhere. They have already spent a lot of time and money creating this new product and now they are turning to the Kickstarter community for help funding the last stretch, including production and shipping of rewards. In exchange for pledging to the project, backers can gain access to a variety of rewards including the APÉRO wine opener at an exclusive Kickstarter discount.
