Columbus, OH — 02 May 2017 | Today, the Money-Rings Jewelry Line announced the launch of a Kickstarter campaign to facilitate its rebranding process and the creation of higher-end designs. Creator Michael Bonardi specified a $12,000 goal on this popular crowdfunding platform. Inspired by the success of Money-Rings, his successful coin jewelry brand, Michael will use Kickstarter funds to cover the production/material costs of establishing a high-end precious metal jewelry series made from fine silver/gold coins.
“From the beginning, this line just made sense,” said Michael Bonardi, founder of Money-Rings Jewelry Line. “These products instantly told stories that made sense to consumers. Everyone can relate to coins, my ‘raw material.’ I quickly realized my potential to craft coins into many aesthetically pleasing jewelry designs. At first, my material costs were very low, as compared to traditional jewelry. However, I’m now expanding my line to include precious metals. I need help from the Money-Rings family to cover material costs, purchase/fabricate new tools, and realize my newest designs as finished products.”
Over the last four years, the Money-Rings Jewelry Line has grown to include 67 designs. Boutiques across America feature Money-Rings products. Michael provides coin jewelry rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces to store owners and individual customers. In addition, his company recently received its first large-scale production orders from a company that mails out over 20 million catalogs a year.
“This is a very exciting time – I love to see this jewelry line reaching its true potential. I especially look forward to the accelerated growth a successful crowdfunding campaign can provide!” explained Bonardi. “Because rings make up a very small portion of my current jewelry line, the original [Money-Rings] name no longer does justice to this brand. By offering more and more higher-end products, I’m laying the groundwork for a new brand direction. Eventually, I’ll introduce a stronger company name to facilitate growth and market flexibility.”
“I really believe this campaign has a chance of going viral. By applying a bold marketing strategy, I’m ensuring virtually everyone will soon know a member of the Money-Rings family,” said Bonardi.
In exchange for pledging to support this project, backers gain access to a variety of rewards. These reward levels include finely-crafted rings made from pennies or dimes for only $25, 2.5” bar necklaces made from straightened out nickels for $35, and roughly a dozen other intriguing products. Backers can even pledge $150 for a .999 fine silver bracelet made from a one-ounce silver coin.
