Warage hits the $10,000 goal on Kickstarter in less than 48 hours from its launch!
Warage, the Roleplaying-flavored card game created by District Games and promoted on Kickstarter to enter the US market with Gryphon & Eagle Games reached its first funding goal in its first 2 days, supported by 300 enthusiast backers, with 25 days still to go. The developing team is now at work to take the project toward its stretched goals that would add to existing pledges new cards to expand since the beginning the deck building possibilities.
District Games is committed to make Warage a global success and 2014 will see the launch of the PC/smartphone/table version of the game, and the release of new expansions for the international market, together with a novel titled “Legends of Warage”, which will give an interesting background to the game.
What is it about? Each Hero starts the game with 100 Hit Points (HP) and in order to play any card you have to pay its cost in HP. During your round you can equip your Hero with the items you have in your hand of cards; and, you can attack your opponent(s) through Physical and Magic Attacks. 
Create your Hero choosing one of the Class cards and one of the Race cards available and construct your deck (48+ cards) making selections from any of the more than 110 existing cards. Deck building and “RPG attitude” together. Welcome to Warage!
