“One war, one memory” is a feature film, black and white, silent, which shows in a comic style the romance and at the same time a drama of a French born Jew who during the WW II becomes from being a slave from a good circus illusionist. When a second-hand illusionist loses the place he never had in a circus, he must do something. His luck is a woman, a circus director, who gives him a place in the show. But France is at war, and its invasion in 1940 is to offer to the illusionist a visit to Hitler together with his monkey and his dog. The misfortune will drag him in camps, on the slave market, and finally he meets his girlfriend on the battlefield, on opposite sides of the barricade.

For sure, the development of a project depends on a team of professionals, and the Romanian cinema gave birth to such experts. After we film budget will become final, we want to have in front of us a year in which we hope the film to be made, another one for its promotion to over 100 festivals and, in parallel with this, its release in cinemas.

The film budget amounts to $ 135,000 and a few cents, cents that we are willing to invest ourselves added to the countless hours of work ahead. Such a budget can be classified as very small even for an independent production. Is the budget going to reflect in the quality of the film? Definitely not, because the thing that let us fix on such a budget is the low prices for the film industry in Romania.
