Arlington, VA | September, 2015 — Invincible Audio, a Washington D.C. area hardware startup company announced it has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund initial manufacturing of the B.R.O (Bring Rhythm Outdoors) Ball. The B.R.O. Ball, which is a waterproof, high-impact, Bluetooth speaker is designed to be used as both a speaker to play music and a football to play catch.
“We are thrilled to have launched on Kickstarter, bringing us that much closer to bringing the B.R.O. Ball to the masses”, says owner and CEO of Invincible Audio, Ben Burgess. “Every time we showcase our prototypes at places like beaches and tailgate party’s people go crazy. Now that we have launched on Kickstarter we can give those people the opportunity to pre-order and become among the first owners of the B.R.O. Ball.”
Invincible Audio has been improving and testing their prototypes since early 2015 when the company’s founders came up with the idea while looking for Bluetooth speakers for personal use. The team is now turning to the Kickstarter community in order to raise $75,000 which would go towards tooling and manufacturing costs of the B.R.O. Ball.
Jay Strotman, a Partner at Invincible Audio said, “It’s been an amazing run so far. We have come such a long way since coming up with the concept and now seeing the way people react when they hold the product…it just makes us that much more driven to bring the B.R.O. Ball to the entire world.”
