‘Immortality of the Conscious Mind’ is a science-fiction film that implements the theories and working of scientist Hugh Everett. It follows a group of young and eager minds who makes a revolutionary breakthrough when they discover a doorway that leads into an infinity of alternate realities. By entering this new territory, they explore the possibility of understanding their infinite potential in the universe.

This is an incredibly ambitious film that attempts to tackle equally ambitious ideas and concepts that deserve to be told in a cinematic medium. While it deals with such ‘larger than life” notions, at the heart of it is a story about human relationships and the fact that we need love and the comfort of one-another to stay alive. The film follows Timothee Grayson, a young man who marries the love his of his life at an early age. Due to unforeseen circumstances, his knowledge and love for her is tested, thus propelling him on a journey so gargantuan and epic that it needs to be told in this fashion.

The film has been halfway completed with the most minimal budget possible but cannot be completed unless said budget is increased. Thus, a Kickstarter campaign has been launched, aiming to bring donations and funds to an overall goal of 9k. This potential budget will go towards equipment, location rentals, post-production and more. Due to the fact that Kickstarter is an “all or nothing” situation, the stakes are rather high for the existence and completion of this film. The cast and crew would love to see this vision come to life but without a substantial increase in the budget, this may never happen. Any donation/support is graciously appreciated for anything can help. Consider donating to the campaign and the possibility of seeing this story told on a silver screen will become a reality. There is a Facebook page (facebook.com), an official website (thundersnowpictures.wix.com) as well as the director’s Twitter (twitter.com) for further information.
