A mysterious traveler created a treasure hunt to give away his inheritance and life’s fortune as part of an eccentric third-partie’s challenge. (This is actually happening in Hawaii). JG (the creator) has been challenged to live without money, property, or possessions of any kind. As an added challenge he cannot be employed or barter/trade anything except pieces of his treasure map for all of his life’s needs.
Using amateur video and simple editing tools, he created a buzz all over the islands for an epic treasure hunt showing people a trailer from his mobile device. Several people were in awe by the story and encouraged JG document his Treasure Spin around the islands of Hawaii.
JG is now producing his Treasure Spin adventure for broadcast around the world. Treasure Spin is formatted as a self-contained hybrid reality series. The mystery man JG, will remain anonymous even in filming. His adventure series Treasure Spin will air with a simple yet creative 2D rendering anytime he is frame.
Using Kickstarter to promote his film project and inspire supporting backers, JG plans to use all the earnings of the show to amass a larger treasure for each of the following adventures in the series. Every season he will hide his fortune for seekers to find, keeping nothing for himself.
The challenge JG faces is by his own design. He has no interest in acquiring things he cannot take with him in death and wishes only to live an adventurous intriguing life.
