Shards of Anthragor is a real time strategy game inspired from Warcraft III and Lord of The Rings Battle for Middle Earth. I remember myself sitting day and night playing those games. Warcraft gave me an amazing story and lord of the rings gave me an interesting and captivating game-play. That said, those were amazing games. But lately we don’t get anymore captivating strategy games like that. So we here at PBR (project big road) decided we will take what’s best from those two games and make an amazing fresh real time strategy game.
The idea came to me when we were trying to find some multillayer strategy game and couldn’t find anything in the new releases. And guess what, we went back to warcraft and lotr. So I got this idea, made a plan of it and presented it to my team. It was a great idea, we already have the story, we have a portion of the game ready. We’ve worked hard on it, and finally we’ve decided that our small funds won’t be enough for our project. Our best choice being kickstarter. So we tried our best to create some images at least something for kickstarter, but without spoiling what the game will be like. So now we are here with a kickstarter project that we have faith in.
We are passionate of what we do and we really hope we can bring the best of the best to everyone. Even if the Kickstarter will not be a success we will continue on working on our project, it will take a lot more time, but the thought that we can one day play a multiplayer game like war craft and lord of the rings keeps us going.
