Switch is a innovative new card game that involves dice, strategy and choice. This is a great game to play with children, family & even friends. Be one of the first people to play my new amazing card game.

Please back my Kickstarter project and help make my game a reality. I promise you won’t be disappointed! Me and my children have had hours of fun playing it at home! I know the game the will bring the same joy to all the other families, friend groups and children that play.

The idea for this came to me with a question.. who created words? I was fascinated about words and how important they are to our everyday lives. Without words we would not be able to communicate at all, we would be lost in a world with no meaning and interaction. The average person uses at least 7,000 words a day! That is absolutely mind blowing.

How many of them can you think of on the spot? How many have 5 letters? How many have 9? Which two words go together perfectly? Switch Card Game attempts to test you on questions such as this, as well as making you have the most fun ever!

Education: This game is perfect for education. The game includes spelling, thinking, utilising speed, mathematics, sharing, bonding words and more! Many teachers have approved how useful the game can be in schools, parents have appreciated how beneficial it can be and even a TRAINEE TEACHER (Primary Education) HAS HAD INPUT IN CREATING THE GAME!

I have always wanted to design & create products. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to produce a product that will make a difference to people’s lives. I hope Switch is appreciated and enjoyed by every player.

Rules & Information

Recommended for : 4+

1 Deck of 56 cards= 2 players.
2 Decks = 2-4 players.
3 Decks = 2-6 players.
Number of Cards & Dice (1 Deck):

2x Switch cards.
2x 26 English alphabet letters.
Total of 56 cards. • 2 Dice.
The Switch card can be used as any letter to help the player create a word.

Maximum letters a word can contain = 11.
Minimum letters a word can contain = 3.
If an 8, 9, 10 or 11 is rolled, the players are allowed to find two words which make sense together e.g. Run Faster (9 letter game).
How to Play: Choose a player to roll first. The player who rolls a switch on the dice will start the game. The player who wins the game will roll to begin the next game. The sum of the dice determines how many cards each player has during the game, which they would use to create their word(s). E.g. 4+5=9, each player receives 9 cards.

If a player rolls a number and a switch, this means the player who rolled will receive the same amount of cards as the other players, however be able to create a word with one less letter. E.g. 5 + Switch = each player receives 5 cards, player who rolled can create a 4 letter word.

If a player rolls a Pass, they miss their turn to roll. If a Pass & Switch is rolled together, the player would still miss their turn.

Give out all the cards to each player.

Once the cards are given out to each player, the remaining cards are placed in the middle facing down for players to pull cards from. The person who rolled will be picking up a card from the middle pile, then throw an unwanted card facing up in the middle to create another pile. The second player then has a choice of either using the unwanted card or picking from the middle pile. They then must throw an unwanted card in to the middle.

This will continue until a player has found a word with all their cards to win the game.
