Logan, UT — June 11, 2019. The Arcanist’s Armory is pleased to announce Healer’s Dice, sets of unique, pill-shaped infinity 4-sided dice specifically designed for the 5E system. The campaign, with a funding goal of $20,000 USD will end on July 8, 2019 at 12:00 PM MST.
Healer’s Dice is the third Kickstarter campaign The Arcanist’s Armory founder Steven Collins has been involved with, and is the first campaign for The Arcanist’s Armory. Healer’s Dice are sets of 10 translucent red d4s (4-sided dice), each labeled 2-5 and contained within either a prescription bottle or a potion bottle. These dice are designed specifically for healing potions in popular tabletop role-playing games, removing the need to remember what to add to the result of the regular d4s, and creating a more immersive experience with their unique appearance.
These dice are entirely custom-designed, developed and prototyped by Steven. The initial response when he unveiled them was overwhelming, far exceeding his own capacity to meet the demand for them in-house. The Kickstarter funds will allow the production of the molds to have these high quality dice mass-produced.
The cheeky packaging and creative design of these dice sets is eye-catching, and they include the rules for healing potions so that players will never need to reference the rulebooks in the heat of battle.
The Healer’s Dice Kickstarter campaign is a gateway campaign to allow The Arcanist’s Armory to continue developing unique dice concepts, like the Fireball dice recently shown on Reddit, or class, ability, and spell-specific dice (sneak attack dice designs coming soon!).
In 2019, Healer’s Dice was successfully introduced on Reddit, Instagram (@thearcanistsarmory), and Facebook (The Arcanist’s Armory), and the prototype Caduceus-bearing version was released in limited quantities in The Arcanist’s Armory’s Etsy shop.
