A unique, highly interactive board game is just started its Kickstarter campaign. It is called ALTARS: Traps of the Deep, and it is the second board game of our publisher: Clevergreen Board Games.
Our first game was Christmas Tree – a much more family friendly game -, and it had a really nice success. It got nice reviews from all over the media, and Tom Vasel from Dice Tower made also a nice review about it.

Treasure hunting is never an easy thing to do, especially if the place where you are is full of traps. What makes it even more challenging is that these traps are being activated by the players themselves to hinder the others. During the adventure you have to find out the goals of the other players to be able to avoid their wounding traps, and hit them with yours. Are you ready for that tricky adventure?
You take control of a treasure hunter, who tries to be the most successful by gathering precious crystals from the Shrine and by setting vicious traps against the other players. These traps serve as sacrifice altars for the God of the Deep, so if you hit an opponent with the trap you activated, you will get grace from the God of the Deep in exchange for your opponent’s blood.
During this dangerous journey you can collect crystals in different values and open luck stone chests, with lots of helpful stones in it, with which you can ease your adventure. Moreover, you can collect map pieces that helps you find the Heart of the Earth, which lies somewhere in the last chamber. This is the most precious crystal in the Shrine so you should start searching for it NOW!
