This is how it works, Seedea Edition knew there are a group of people who need jobs. They include Solitude, Teenage Parents and Unemployed Middle-Aged.

What is Solitude?
According to Webcitation.org, Solitude is a state of seclusion or isolation, i.e. lack of contact with people. It may stem from bad relationships, deliberate choice, infectious disease, mental disorders, or circumstances of employment or situation. Some of them may just a short-term solitude, they often valued as a time when they may work, think or rest without being disturbed. It may be desired for the sake of privacy.

Why teenage parents?
They are teenage parents and they will not forever be teenager and since they have to look after their children they might not be able to find a normal job. We teach them skills, offer them a chance and hopping they could work freely in their free time.

Middle-aged unemployed
Other than teenage parents, there are also some men and women are unemployed in their middle age. The lack of employment opportunities of the middle-aged is not because they are not good enough, there are good jobs out there but they are never invited to an interview. They still can work perfectly and need a job indeed.

How do Seedea Edition help them?
With success of this program, Seedea Edition will offer NGO members training, find someone who willing to have their own career, help them to improve their skill and offer them a chance to work.
