Chicago, IL — Local filmmaker Nikola Stojkovic and a small crew of indie filmmakers are setting out to create a new short film short film written and directed himself. The film, titled “Human Instincts” will follow “Callum” (played by Brady Richter), an aloof, socially isolated college student, over the course of a 30 minute period in his philosophy class.
When asked to describe the film, Nikola states, “Callum is usually passive, an observer in his class’s rigorous discussions, but today is different. Today, he has something to prove, an experiment to conduct, and the rest of the class are his unwitting participants. Callum imposes his point of view, his reality on the other students. He doesn’t give them a choice. When people are scared, what happens to their idea of who they are? Are they still good people if they act in a bad way? Do good and bad lose all meaning? This is our big examination.”
In order to make the film that is envisioned, Nikola and the cast and crew need support. Visit the film’s Indiegogo page here: bit.ly to learn more about the film, view the teaser, and contribute to the project. Any contribution is appreciated and to show their appreciation, the cast and crew will give you perks for your selected dollar amount.
