Crypt is a 3rd person click to move adventure based RPG that takes you deep into the ancient and forgotten places of a long dead world. You live the life of a recently summoned skeleton from a decrepit and clearly insane necromancer. His weak ability’s at magic have left him with you as his only chance at entry back into the mages castle from witch he was expelled not for redemption but for revenge.
The main campaign takes the player through 5 full open world acts where they battle through murky graveyards, forgotten temples, vast forests, massive desserts and frozen wastelands to make their way back to the legendary home of the first mages and magic itself the Black tower.
This game takes much of its inspiration from old school RPG’s like Diablo 2 combined with some newer mechanics from RPG greats like Dark Souls. It is our first major game project and as such we are trying to bring its first edition as free to play to the steam community as our gift to you.
The Games Spells let you bring intense and awe inspiring magic crashing down on your foes with our integrated enchanment system. build walls of fire hurl glaciers of ice or send bolts of crackling death down upon the heads your foes.
Gear up for a dangerous world Loot and scoot your way through 5 open world acts taking you across vast dark wastes, rich forests, deep caverns, endless deserts and Frozen Mountains. At almost 2GB of data our full campaign will have you dungeon diving for weeks to get that final boss.
This game we are trying to create is simple to play easy to run and completely free no adds or in game purchases involved it is Endless Void Studios first large project and as such we wanted to make it our gift to the gaming community but we are a very small studio so we are asking for your help to make this dream a realty. We are however running a true blue kick starter 250$ is the min cost of putting everything up on steam and getting us up and running so that’s literally all were asking for. Even though its a small amount to us that cost is significant and even that little bit of crowd support will help us make more content in the future.
We hope to expand this Project in the future to have full online multiplayer campaign and survival mode but the 250 now it is just to allow us to build the basic campaign focused mode. That being said if we reach 500$ we can begin work on the DLC witch will add multiple difficulty options and an additional act to the campaign the Black Tower with 1000$ we can create the extend armory and vastly expand on the hundreds of unique weapons already in the game and add a survival mode and with 2000$ we take the time to set up and buy servers so we can create multiplayer modes for both survival and campaign play and release or final dream product Crypt – the War of Nightmares.
