I’m currently in-development and Kickstarting my tactics RPG, ‘FLAMBERGE’. Flamberge is a tactics RPG with simultaneous turns. Both teams plan out their attacks, and then they execute simultaneously.

It has a planned release date of January, 2015 for Windows, Mac and Linux. When released, the game is planned to feature a 20-mission singleplayer campaign, as well as several online and local multiplayer options. We’re also hoping to greenlight it on Steam, and sell it for $7.

I (Michael Savage-Benoist) have been working on this since May this year (’14), and it’s been evolving pretty rapidly into something cool. Ben’s been composing an original soundtrack and helping me write a provoking story since he joined in July.

The game is heavily influenced by JRPGs– particularly tactics RPGs. If you think the presentation has a striking resemblance to Fire Emblem, you’re completely right.

There’s a public demo available here.

I have almost no idea how to use this site’s UI, so now I’m just going to upload some media and do links:

● Kickstarter
● Twitter – I mostly post game art here
