Miami, FL — On November 31 2016, Patrick Hopple launched a Kickstarter campaign for Grocery Gripps, his patent-pending invention and the first and only hands-free way to carry anything from groceries to beach chairs, shopping bags and more.

A US military veteran, Patrick says, “The design was inspired by my time in the Army, where I realized that backpacks and weight lifting straps are the best way to carry weight.”

Grocery Gripps can be used either on the wrist or the shoulder, and they work by efficiently spreading the weight that they carry rather than forcing the hands and fingers to do all the heavy lifting. This allows shoppers to not only carry more bags, but also carry all their bags in a single trip.

In addition to being truly hands-free, Grocery Gripps are made of comfortable, abrasion-resistant nylon, and they boast a breaking strength of 200+ pounds. They’re compact, keep bags secure and together, and carry a warranty of 10 years.

“Our response to the first production run has been terrific,” Patrick says. “People love the fact that they can open doors or reach for their keys without putting their bags down. We even had one customer tell us how he could play Pokemon GO! on his iPhone while walking with his grocery bags!”

Backers who pledge $16 or more on Kickstarter will be the first to receive the newest colors (and at a price of 20% off, no less).

“We need your help bringing Grocery Gripps to the masses!” Patrick implores. “Join our Backer Army and give the world a better, more comfortable shopping experience!”
