Mythos – The Awakening is a turn-based RPG inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s horror fiction stories. Combining boardgame-like mechanics with roguelike gameplay, the game offers dozens of hours of unique playtime with randomized content and frequent updates. Leading a group of investigators, your mission is to unravel the mysteries behind the world threatening Ancient Ones. Travel through mini horror stories and search for clues and mystical artifacts to find a way to banish the Ancient One from the world before its awakening.

Why Crowdfunding
We have pitched the game to dozens of game publishers and gotten great feedback and business proposals but we feel the final game would benefit more from the freedom we can get with crowdfunding. Not only we have a total creative freedom, our hands won’t be tied when it comes to business side of things .By choosing this road, we have taken a huge risk in terms of money, time and exposure we’ll get with the game by doing everything by ourselves so we hope everyone will support us and join the ride.
