We love our cats to pieces, but every cat owner knows the one chore of the day that is dreaded the most – cleaning the litter box. Finding a litter box that works for both, the feline and the owner is not an easy feat!

“EZ Box was invented out of necessity,” states Cat Biz founder and owner David Stenger. While his wife was pregnant, he got the tedious and overwhelming task of cleaning 5 litter boxes with a scoop for all of their cats. There had to be an easier way to get the daily cleaning for their feline crew done. After searching high and low for better alternatives, David came up empty handed for the ideal solution that would satisfy all of them (his wife, their cats and himself). This is the reason why he went on, to do more research, plan, draw and make his idea become a reality. He wanted something that was easier, faster, cleaner and cat approved for all cat lovers! This is why he invented the EZ Box to cut down significantly on time spent cleaning litter boxes.

Why the EZ Box is Better than the Competition!
No scooping or sifter clogging, featuring a front sifter and sifter cover:
The front sifter and a sifter cover, make the cleaning process easier and faster since the sifter doesn’t get clogged. The design of the box reduces or eliminates (depending on your cat’s litter box habits) clumps to form on the front of the litter box because the paw cleaning step also doubles as a deterrent from waste reaching the front sifter. Most sifting litter boxes are bottom sifters and are vulnerable to waste sticking to the sifter making them easy to clog and harder to clean.

Seamless, tall sides for the non-sitters and creative litter tossers:
For all those cats, that stand up proudly while doing their business – the tall sides are made without any seams. The sides help keep litter in the box for creative litter tossers while covering up their business. Unlike other common, hooded boxed models that can cause problematic leakage (because they come with a bottom and a top and have seams in between) and a nightmare for the cleaning process.

The paw cleaning step helps keep more litter in the box:
This step reduces litter tracking outside of the box. The first step a cat takes when exiting the box is when they have the most litter on their paws. As mentioned earlier, the paw cleaning step also doubles as a deterrent from waste reaching the front sifter, because cats are discouraged from doing their business directly by the front of the box.

No internal waste storage, causing odors in the litter box:
The waste is emptied into a trash bin during the cleaning process. Some litter boxes have an internal waste collector, which causes unwanted smells for you and your cats.

Included with every EZ Box is a long handled scraper:
Scraping stuck on clumps allows you to perform a complete cleaning, including wiping the box, on a daily basis if you prefer, because the box is emptied completely during cleaning.

Nesting and Single EZ boxes:
The Nesting feature allows you to use the litter boxes stacked although the design will also allow you to separate them and use each as a single EZ Box. When nested, the bottom EZ Box will catch the cleaned sifted litter. When used as a single EZ Box, use a catch tub to catch the clean sifted litter to be recycled back into the EZ Box. Using a single EZ Box along with a Nesting EZ Box allows set up of two litter box stations for our customers!
