It contains a huge array of flora and fauna which will try to replicate. It also addresses environment issues such as species endangerment of the Gorilla.
Another issue confronted is that of poaching in the region. A huge threat to many species.
We will strive to present the issues while maintaining a pleasing journey for the gamer in a beautiful environment with authentic sounds, animal AI and survival gameplay mechanics. Please find below more details of the game.
The lonely gorilla is now live on kickstarter. This nature simulation based in the tropics of Africa tells the story of a lost silverback gorilla who must find his troop before they disband. A survival game for PC/Mac. You must find food water and shelter along your journey while avoiding dangerous predators.
The game has advanced AI making each animal behave in a realistic manner. whether they be part of a herd, pack or loners. The environment is also changeable, with a full climate and weather system based on real world data.
Explore Rain-forests, grasslands and mountain ranges. Role play as a wild silver-back Gorilla separated from his troop. You must survive the harsh environment finding food, water. Make a shelter everyday from branches and leaves.
The ultimate goal is to be reunited with your troop, then protect them against predators and the environment. Reestablish bonds with your troop through grooming and securing food, while protecting them from threats.
As food resources dwindle, you must lead your troop to new areas while keeping them safe.
