Our single hand use trays make life easier for able-bodied and less abled people alike. The unique design allows easier use for those with balance, shaking, or disabilities which make carrying a traditional tray more difficult, dangerous or even impossible in some cases. Single Handed wants to make the world an easier, safer and better place to live for everyone.
The Tipsi Tray
Tipsi Tray is a single handed carry tray which is designed to make life easier for able-bodies and less able-bodies people alike. It’s particularly useful for the elderly, disabled or those with tremor diseases. The Tipsi Tray allows the user to negotiate stairs while holding the banister, see their feet while walking, open doors and push through crowds.
It works on a very simple physics principle of centripetal force. When held in the hand, items on Tipsi Tray sit far below the centre of rotation and as such when moved around, the contents remain still on the tray as the centripetal force overcomes the force of gravity. Put simply, things on the tray stay flat and level relative to the handle.

The Tipsi Tray is launching on Kickstarter on the 29th of April (US) and 30th of April (Europe).
