Toucane is a shoe brand wich arises with the aim of reinventing footwear sector and for this we have launched a crowdfunding on Indiegogo.

This company is born in Madrid with the idea of reiventing the traditional shoe,we want to creat an original casual shoe with personality though mixing colours.

Confidence in our product is absolute and that is why last July 3th we have launched a crowdfunding campaign to get known and to fund in community this project.

However, it is not a easy aim, because, even if this system is very popular abroad,in Spain is not too known. So we face the obstacle of popular ignorance and fears that may be appeared. Therefore, a first step, and very important, has been get known into our targetstarting from zero about our product and about the system we use.

Digital world has given us the opportunity to expand target beyond national fronters and to do that we have utilized the best adapted social media to our interests: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Techniques? Facebook Ads, Google Adworks, raffles, blogging, contacting influencers, etc. Despite all efforts, previous research, studies of competition and even a good product, on a crowdfunding campaign you can never take anything for granted.

It can be seen that great projects did not get success or products without any spectacular feature wich experimented an overwhelming success. Although a big variety of platforms crowdfunding can be found, we have chosen Indiegogo, an international platform and on it you can find very different products. We think we have a good product, actual and differentiating, and we can get the desired success with it. We have also launched several promotions as a reward for people who support us in this project.
