Located in Coventry, UK, Outback Apparel celebrates all the iconic characteristics of Australia, resulting in premium, high quality t-shirts for customers around the world.
Outback Apparel has launched it’s first Kickstarter campaign to help get this idea off the ground and commence it’s first production run funded by investors. At first glance, Outback Apparel looks like any other clothing brand, however take a closer look and you will see and feel a difference. The t-shirts are comfy and lightweight and you can throw them in the washing machine without having to worry about the colours running.
“Our goal is to get our brand recognised and allow supporters to get a feel for the quality of our t-shirts” says director Phil Bradley, “we hope to find supporters that would like to invest in a premium and comfortable fashion brand within the marketplace.” Designs are offered in a range of colours in sizes S – 2XL for both men and women. All the t-shirts are made from 100% combed cotton and give that extra premium feel when wearing.
The brand has a wide range of designs to choose from and backers get their chance to own their very own limited edition t-shirt or polo shirt before anyone else. Donations range from £1 to £500, the £1 getting you an Outback Apparel desktop wallpaper and a thank you on the website, to the £500 inviting you to join the Outback Apparel family and design your very own t-shirt that will be sold on the website. In exchange for £15, supporters will receive their very own t-shirt, however our favourite reward is your very own personal Outback Apparel polo shirt with your initials embroidered into it. This really gives a ‘one of a kind’ feel and can be shipped anywhere in the world!
The clothing is dedicated to celebrating the iconic features of Australia, capturing iconic Australian scenes and images on the t-shirts. If successful, production will begin in January 2013, available in a range of colours and sizes available for both men and women. As support for the brand grows, the diversity of garments also grows, with the brand intending to expand into hoodies, jeans and shoes. The director also stated that he hopes that Outback Apparel will be able to open it’s own store at some point in the future where the brand can represent it’s garments in physical form.
