Chicago, IL— “Don’t Save Me” — Today, Rough Cut Films announced a new crowd funding campaign for their new feature film, “Don’t Save Me,” the story of Jessie, who discovers she is destined to become leader of her estranged father’s clan of vampires. It’s a contemporary vampire tale about a young woman who is finally united with the father she has never known only to discover what fate has in store for her is much different from the dull, average life she expected.
Rough Cut Films’ first feature, “Dead Girls,” was released November 2014 and earned half its budget back in two months, even though the film had no recognizable name stars. In the past six months it has recouped its budget and is currently being prepared for release in over 20 foreign markets.
Rough Cut Films is currently seeking investors for their new feature, which they plan on filming in August of this year.
